Order Processing
Orders will begin shipping on December 1, 2025, when fulfillment of our first Quick Sink kits begins. After that date, all new orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, we’ll contact you right away by email.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship within Canada and the United States.
Estimated delivery times once shipped:

Canada: 3–8 business days

United States: 5–10 business days
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Free Shipping
We’re happy to offer:

Free shipping within Canada on orders over $49 (before taxes).

Free shipping to the United States on orders over $98 (before taxes).
Customs, Duties & Tariffs
As of November 5, 2025, the Quick Sink kit qualifies for duty-free import under current Canada-U.S. trade rules.
However, the international tariff landscape may change in the future. Should new duties, tariffs, or import fees apply to future orders, these charges will be the responsibility of the customer and collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us at hello@firdaleoutdoors.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.
